KUU'S Deus Est Mortuus out now

Deus Est Mortuus, the debut full length effort by American Raw Black / Death Metal band KUU is out now through London-based Merdumgiriz Records.

Emerging from the depths of Los Angeles’ hellish underground, this is a one man Satanic Black Metal project in the most primal form! Travel through the deepest and darkest realms of Hell by immersing yourself in evil, hatred, darkness, and pure blasphemy as the sounds of this terrifying release consumes and devours the world around you. A truly hypnotic and brutal Black Metal release that incorporates elements of ritualistic and torturous ambient as well as bombastic and down-tuned minimalist Black Metal! Definitely a release for fans of VON, ARCHGOAT, BEHERIT, and ABRUPTUM.

As with all his work on Merdumgiriz Records, Emir Toğrul's grand vision, each copy of Deus Est Mortuus CD, Tape, t-shirt and patch will be made by hand in the artisanal style. Emir paints the discs, cuts and inserts the prints for the jewel case and jacket, making all non-machined parts from scratch.
