Swedish Death Metal Maniacs CRYPTORIUM Unleash New Track "Through the Bowels of Ceaseless Dissonance"
Reinterpreting Classic HM-2 Buzzsaw Tones with Their Own Grime and Filth, the Swedish Quartet Returns on October 30th, 2026
Swedish death metal fiends Cryptorium have unveiled their brand new track, “Through the Bowels of Ceaseless Dissonance”, taken from their upcoming sophomore and most ambitious release to date. Following their rambunctious debut, Descent into Lunacy, the band takes their sonic assault to the next level.
Paying homage to the elder gods of Swedish death metal while reinterpreting the classic HM-2 buzzsaw sound, Cryptorium adds their own distinct layer of filth, sickness, and rot. Rejecting modern polished soundscapes and overly clean productions, the band delivers raw, ugly, and uncompromising death metal executed with substance and pure intent.
Critical praise highlights the track's authentic spirit:
"The song is definitely a proud homage to a classic style. It’s got the filthy tones dialled in. It doesn’t try to get fancy with the drumming or the vocals. Its use of melody is restrained but effective in its conjuring of different horrors. And it quickly gets stuck in the head. What’s not to like?"
