Tormentor Interview With Attila Csihar

TORMENTOR – Interview with Attila Csihar at Brutal Assault Festival 2026

At Brutal Assault Festival 2026, Görkem Metalinspire sat down with Attila Csihar of TORMENTOR for an 18-minute conversation about music, live performances, the past and his life across many different projects.

The conversation begins with Attila sharing his thoughts about Brutal Assault Festival before looking back at TORMENTOR, the band's history and the importance of Anno Domini. He also talks about Mayhem, the black metal scene, and his experiences across different periods of his musical career.

With so many bands, collaborations and projects connected to his name over the years, Attila also discusses staying busy, moving between different musical worlds and continuing to perform and create music.

Rather than focusing on new TORMENTOR material or future album plans, the interview is a broader conversation about concerts, music, black metal, the past and the many projects that have been part of Attila Csihar's long career.

Recorded at Brutal Assault Festival 2026.
