Death Angel Interview

DEATH ANGEL – Interview with Rob Cavestany & Mark Osegueda at Brutal Assault Festival 2026

At Brutal Assault Festival 2026, Görkem Metalinspire sat down with Rob Cavestany and Mark Osegueda of DEATH ANGEL to talk about the band's current period, touring, their long journey through the Bay Area thrash scene, and what lies ahead.

From the early days of DEATH ANGEL to the band's return and the decades that followed, Rob and Mark look back at some of the important moments in the band's history while also talking about the present and the future.

With the 35th anniversary of Act III being celebrated on the road and new DEATH ANGEL material already making its way into the band's live set, there is plenty to talk about.

Recorded at Brutal Assault Festival 2026, this is a 15-minute conversation with two of the musicians who have been at the heart of DEATH ANGEL since the beginning.
