This song was written to be a stand-alone single that was a little different from our normal sound. With influence from the more hardcore and slam genre, we tried to write something where the guitars were more percussive, leaving more room for some fun vocal and drum patterns. Lyrically, the song is about the inescapability of time and, naturally, death.
