Monochromatic Black – Sadist
Long Island, New York Progressive Death Metal & Hardcore band Monochromatic Black have issued a new video for the single “Sadist”. The song is taken from the band’s new album Vicissitude, and its video is available below.
Vocalist Tanya Elizabeth comments: “Animal captivity & abuse is a serious crime and everywhere. This song is meant to spread awareness and bring light to a situation that can be helped through more education through organisations like The Humane Society which help animals in need. We love playing music but also like being able to make a difference for our favourite causes.”
Monochromatic Black is an American Metal band from Long Island, New York. Formed in January 2018, the band’s official line up consists of Vocalist Tanya Beickert, Guitarist John Gribbin, & Drummer Eddie DeCesare. Joining them on stage are guitarist Dan Rivera & bassist Arthur Erb to complete the 5 pieces in live group.
Their first Music video & single “The Herd” was released in May 2018 followed by their second single “Phosphenes” in March 2019 both of which received an overwhelmingly positive response.
Their debut EP “Pneuma” was released on 5/3/19 independently & a short documentary on the making of was released detailing the recording process of the album & insight into the writing process.
Since Pneuma’s release, Monochromatic Black has been extensively touring the United States and will continue to do so throughout 2019 and beyond. Tour dates are constantly being updated on the bands’ social media platforms.
In September of 2020 their new single and music video, Abaddon was released and will be the first on an upcoming debut LP planned for a 2021 release.
