Hammerheart Records -2017 – Sweden
One of the most important and valuable bands of the Viking/ Black Metal genre from my perspective, Ereb ALtor Of Sweden succeeded in impressing me with their 7th album named as Ulfven. With 8 songs and 3 bonuses, can be considered as a masterpiece in my opinion. Wİth perfect vocals of Matts and impressive riffs and devastating songs, igniting spirit, collapsing a person, this is intense even if you are a fan of the band Bathory. The ritual beginning with a legendary song Voluspa goes on with En Synd Svart Som Sot and makes a peak with Av Blod ar jag kommen. Continuing to flow with The Rite of Kraka and Ulfven; with its cold,grimfrost and timeless energy; the album makes you wander around Viking Realms and send an endless salute to the immortal soul of Quorthon. For me, this album is at the top on its own.
