The Americans WOCCON are since 2011 musically on the way. In March 2013 they released their first EP “The Wither Fields“ via Deathbound Records.
Here is proffered a mixture of Melodic Doom / Death Metal to the listener. Riffs weighting tons unite with melancholy and hopelessness to gloomy song entities. Black and full of emotions you can literally feel pains and depression. Diversified, dark riffs which mingle with skilful drawn attention to doubleblast drumming to expressive songs. Powerful bass lines come in addition which give the whole additional emphasis. The dark, mellow growls give additional the main points and reinforce the brute, dark side of the production. Technical impecable and very ambitious recorded I can only recommed “The Wither Fields“!!!
