Canonical Hours – 2012 – U.S.A.
This five man band rips out some killer riffing and great thrash rhythms, with tinges of black metal. They were formed in 2007, and already have another release under their belt, “The Day of the Beast”-2008. There are nine trax on “Relentless Demonic Intrusion”, my favorites are: “Unknown Kadath”, “The Paralyzed Hand”, “As Steel Sharpens Steel”, and “Torch this Place”-Inspired by H.P. Lovecraft’s writings. These Virginians have a bright and shining future in the underground, I look forward to seeing them live in the future. Fans of The Crown and Skeletonwitch should really like this band
