RAVENOUS DEATH are from Mexico. Since 2016 playing together as a band they released after a CD in the year 2017 their first full-length cd called “Chapters Of An Evil Transition“ in January 2019. They hereby receive help by the label Momento Mori.
What can you expect here as a sympathetic Extreme Metal listener? A fireworks of Metal tones? Something completely different?… The listener won’t be disappointed. Coarse Death Metal which has many Grincore borrowings blare like volleys through the listeners’s ear. Guttural, pitch-black growls as well as an extremely severe doublebass drumming frame the musical basic frame. Despite of the hardness and rapidity the riffs are anything but boring or monotonous. On the contrary, they are very multi-variant and yield as a result the necessary alternation to the production. But, hardness and rapidity are at no time whitewashed. Skilful changes in speed complete the musical general impression positively. Forceful bass lines offer the perfect end. The gents rev up here! Listen to the cd. It’s worth it!!!!
