Self-described “Saxon:Blood:Rock,” BEISSERT released their first album in 2007, Nothin’ Left to Luv!, to critical acclaim across Europe, and now AGONIA will release the German quartet’s second and latest album, The Pusher. Refusing to box itself into any easy categories, BEISSERT’s The Pusher is a scraggly, lunatic witches’ cauldron filled with elements of metal, doom, hardcore, stoner, noise and a lotta rock: twelve tracks that are eerie fairytales about looting, pillaging, despoiling and celebrating darkness, ignorance, and calamity!
