GROT is an all-star band from Ireland. Members of SIX FEET UNDER, GAMA BOMB and ex.WARPATH give here a rendezvous. Thereby the EP “I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream“ came out.
The trio is having a blast here! Old School Death Metal from the first to the last note. The whole is located in the upper and mid tempo area. GROT let the listener hardly time to take a break. No wonder at a running time of about 15 minutes at seven songs. You feel relegated into the old days. The old BOLT THROWER and VADER albums send there regards. Nevertheless GROT find their very own style. Fast, aggressive and without experiments it gets straight down the nitty-gritty! The high speed drumming does one last thing to emphasize the brutality of “I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream“ Raw and untamed riffs give additional energy. The distinctive vocals round off the production positively. You distinct hear that grown musicians were at work. The listener knows what he gets! GROT made a very native EP which will surely delight many Death Metal fans!!!
