DERELICT ''Perpetuation'' (16.06.2012)

Ricburn Media - 2012 - Canada

I listened Derelict's two releases before, one of them was a Promo EP, which includes three songs from this album. It was a great promo as I said before. As a result, a well designed digi-pack followed it, I really like cover art and inlay design. Also my copy includes a plectrum.

The band has released high quality recorded and pressed album again. Production is perfect for death metal, as it must be. Technical and progressive riffs used. Scream, brutal and sometimes guttural vocal used in accordance with compositions. The influences of the thrash metal still can be heard a little.

I'm not surprised, because I already listened to the promo album. Again, I can recommend this Derelict release with complacency to death metal fans.
