The Australian melodic doom/death metal recording project Subterranean Disposition has agreed to a deal with the Canadian underground label Hypnotic Dirge Records known for acts such as netra, Ekove Efrits, The Foetal Mind, and Exiled From Light among others to release the upcoming self-titled debut album in late summer 2012. Subterranean Disposition is a one man project headed by veteran musician Terry Vainoras, known for being involved in numerous projects within the Australian metal scene over the years such as The Eternal, Cryptic Darkness, and Insomnius Dei among others.
Originally inspired by and conceived as a follow up to the music Mark Kelson had written for his and Terrys Collaboration on the Insomnius Dei album Illusions of Silence, the forthcoming self titled Subterranean Disposition album explores further the use of dissonance and ambience, lending more dynamics to the long passages of darkness and light, crafted from the influence of early 90s doom metal with forward thinking embellishments in song writing , in comparison to the likes of Cult of Luna and Bohren und der club of Gore as evidenced in the first released track The Most subtle of storms.
In speaking about the signing with Hypnotic Dirge, Terry Vainoras had this to say: "I am overjoyed to be joining the great roster of bands at HDR, I feel that there is an cool aesthetic and work ethic kinship between the band and label and I am very much looking forward to working side by side with them to release this long awaited debut this summer."

"Summoning The Bygones" artwork and promo track will be announced soon. Video footage from the studio diary can be seen below:
BILOCATEs bassist Hani Al Abbadi commented on the deal: Its an honor to join Code666 roster and a step forward in BILOCATEs musical career, 'Summoning the Bygones' has the most intense and best material weve done so far. We are pleased to release it with a sub-label of one of the biggest musical companies in Italy Aural Music.
'Summoning The Bygones' is an old vision with a totally new arrangement, we took the tracks and rewrote many parts of their music and lyrics from scratch but kept the old spirit that everyone enjoyed in 'Dysphoria', the album will remind our fans of what weve given them before but they will surly feel the change it has many passages and will carry you into a heavy, fast, dark oriental Metal journey, commented vocalist Ramzi Essayed.
Added Code666 label manager Emi: "Having been a personal long-time fan of the band, there was no way we would let this chance slip past us to sign them for the new album. As a label we haven't signed many Oriental Metal, but in BILOCATE we have found a high quality addition to our roster and are looking forward to working with the entire BILOCATE team in the future!.
The album also includes a fully modified version of "Days Of Joy" under a new name "Hypia" (which is actually the very first name this song had originally when it was composed in 2003), in addition to a brand new song and a cover of "Dead Emotion" from one of the legends in Doom/Gothic Metal PARADISE LOST taken from their legendary album Gothic rearranged totally in BILOCATE style, its a way of celebrating 20 years from the release of this amazing record that created a whole new Metal genre.
The tracks Hypia and the legendary 20-minute track A Desire To Leave features the Metal icon Dan Swano as a guest vocalist.

West Coast blackened death conjurers VALDUR recently added guitarist/vocalist Samuel to their dark legion of wrath.

"Umskiptar", the new album from
BURZUM will see North American release on May 22. Finding inspiration from the verses of famous Scandinavia poem Voluspa, Umskiptar is a return-to-roots album.
Says the controversial musician: The vocals are more important than on any previous album with a total of 66 stanzas making up the albums lyrics. Umskiptar expands BURZUMs ongoing influence of Nordic folk, but for this album adds more traditional heavy metal, signature BURZUM composition, and a keener emphasis on vocal delivery once again presented in Vikernes native tongue. Umskiptar (or Metamorphoses) follows the historical story that details the creation of the world and its end as dictated to Odin, a recurring character in BURZUMs lyrics. Umskiptar follows 2011s Fallen. Said Decibel Magazine, pounding, primitive rhythms are lashing by fizzing, frostbitten guitar which swirls in squalls around Vikernes inhuman, agonizing screech; a chilling mesmerizing, unflinching mirror on a profoundly troubled soul.
Finnish black metallers BEHEXEN have inked a deal with Debemur Morti Productions. The band's as-yet-untitled fourth album is tentatively due at the end of September. Today California progressive grind conquerors CATTLE DECAPITATION release "Lifestalker," the second single off their new album, Monolith Of Inhumanity!
Set for North American release on May 8, 2012, the record was produced by Dave Otero of Denver's Flatline Audio and sees the band exploring innovative new techniques in song writing without abandoning their signature formula of confrontational audio wreckage and self-loathing lyrical content.
Comments singer Travis Ryan: We just returned from a great European tour where we played a ton of new songs which were received extremely well by everyone over there! So much so that we decided to premiere the second sample track of our new album Monolith Of Inhumanity on a European website for all our fans and the new fans we just made during this last tour! We had a blast and we hope you all get a kick out of the new track Lifestalker. This new album is light years ahead of the rest of our albums and we look forward to coming back to Europe to decapitate you all with it!
Monolith Of Inhumanity is an achievement that stands out as one of the most volatile, ambitious, and impossible to aptly categorize records you will hear in 2012. Dragging their ever-evolving deathgrind sound kicking and screaming into the epic territory inhabited by the likes of Dimmu Borgir and Anaal Nathrakh, the quartet redefine all perceptions of what CATTLE DECAPITATION is. With their seventh full-length, the band have never sounded more focused, aggressive, or maniacally determined to get in the faces of those who erroneously believe theyve already experienced the band at their extreme best.
The 11-track Monolith Of Inhumanity features a host of guests including Mike Majewski of Devourment (guest vocals on "Projectile Ovulation"), Lenard Leal of Cephalic Carnage (backing vocals by on "A Living, Breathing Piece of Defecating Meat"), The Cephalic Carnage Community Men's Choir, consisting of all current Cephalic members and alumni Jawsh Mullen and Zac Joe (gang choir vocals on "The Carbon Stampede"), and ambient and noise interludes by Los Angeles' most extreme decimator of sound, John Wiese, as well as another strikingly brutal cover by Wes Benscoter.
Legendary grind merchants PHOBIA are set to scathe the masses with their fifth studio offering, Remnants of Filth, this June.
Produced and mixed by Scott Hull (Pig Destroyer, Agoraphobic Nosebleed) at Visceral Sound Studios in Bethesda, Maryland and engineered by Mike Harrison at Winter Skies Productions in San Antonio, Texas, Remnants Of Filth offers up 18 pile-driving, socio-political grind hymns in 19 minutes. Slated to drop on June 5 through Willowtip Records, the band - vocalist Shane The Pain Mclachlan, bassist Calum MacKenzie, drummer Bryan Fajardo and guitarists Dorian Rainwater and CC Loessin have crafted one of the most punishing efforts of their winding discography of wrath.
Comments Mclachlan of the offering: "Remnants Of Filth is a brutal, in-depth grind record that I feel represents what this band is all about, from past to present. This is total brutal grindcore at its best with nothing less than the 100% punk-as-fuck attitude to compliment what this band is all about!
